Panther Software, LLC (“Panther Software”, “we”, or “us”) knows that you care how information about you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, share, and use information collected when you use www.practicepanther.com (the “Website”), as well as any of our products and services, including our cloud-based legal management solution (accessed through app.practicepanther.com), mobile application and related training or support (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Website or Services, you signify that you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy you must discontinue using the Website and the Services.

The majority of these communications will be delivered electronically. In certain instances, we might utilize the personal information we have collected about you to ensure that the information we share is most relevant to your needs. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you can easily adjust your marketing preferences anytime by accessing the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our emails.
If you purchase Services from us, you must provide contact information (including name, billing address, telephone number, and where applicable, professional details such as your bar membership number) and payment information (such as card number and expiration date or other financial information including credit scores obtained from credit reference agencies).
We use this information for billing purposes and to provide you our Services. We use payment information to facilitate payment for use of our Services, to assess your credit score and to detect and prevent fraud. If we have trouble processing a purchase, we will use this information to contact you.
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our Website or through our Services. If you participate, we will request certain Personal Information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and billing address), demographic, and professional information. We will use this information internally to improve our products and services.
We operate a referral program for our Service; you may choose to provide us with names, email addresses, and phone numbers of individuals who you feel would be interested in learning more about our products and services in exchange for rewards. However, information transmitted to our application from your third-party account will be covered by this Privacy Policy.
Our Website includes publicly accessible blogs. Any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected and used by others who access them. This includes information posted on our public social media accounts. If you choose to leave feedback for other Users, please note that such information is available to anyone with Internet access. If you download and use our mobile application and have enabled push notifications on your mobile device, we may send you alerts and notifications through push notifications, for example, to communicate status updates on our Services.

Panther Software engages in marketing and promotional activities with carefully screened brands, or, “Partners,” which we think will appeal to our Users. From time to time, Partners may also be provided with non- identifying or aggregate information indicating the demographic information of Users on our Website, buying behavior, and opportunities to market to select segments of our customer base indirectly. When we share aggregate user data, we do so in a way that it cannot be linked with a user’s Personal Information.
We may disclose User & Client Data to (i) an affiliate (limited to a parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control), (ii) an acquirer of the Panther Software business or assets, or (iii) a successor by merger or equity purchase.

The Website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Panther Software. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Panther Software, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the privacy policies of each and every website.
In the event that our Website links to other websites that include our branding, this Privacy Policy does not apply to those other websites. Visitors to those websites are advised to carefully read the policies on those individual websites.
